Business Organizer

Our Business Organizers will help us gather and update information about your small business. Please fill out the organizer and include it with your documents.

SELF-EMPLOYED PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENT

For taxpayers that receive Form 1099-Misc. income or have a sole proprietorship, please complete the fill-able attached Profit and Loss Statement. 

Rental income

If you rent a residential and or a commercial property, please fill out the Rental Worksheet provided here.

FOREIGN INCOME ORGANIZER

For taxpayers that have lived abroad and earned foreign income please fill out the organizer below.

Foreign Banking Organizer

For clients with foreign bank accounts and assets with total value of $10,000 or more during the year

1099 Organizer

If you pay and individual more than $600 for the year please fill out the 1099 Organizer provided below.

Cancellation of Debt

If you are liable for canceled debt and receive a 1099-C, please view our Cancellation of Debt page for more information and Insolvency Worksheet.

Sale of Property

If you sold a primary residence, investment property (residential or commercial), please fill out the Sale of Property Worksheet provided here.

Gift Tax Organizer

If you gifted money or property with value in excess of $17,000 to any individual, please fill out the gift tax organizer.
