Organizers
Please fill out the client organizer and submit it with your tax documents. If you are coming in to drop off documents, please view the “What to Bring Checklist” for items that you may need for your tax preparation.
For taxpayers who receive Form 1099-Misc. income or have a sole proprietorship, please complete the fillable attached Profit and Loss Statement.
If you rent a residential and/or a commercial property, please fill out the Rental Worksheet provided here.
For taxpayers who have lived abroad and earned foreign income, please fill out the organizer below.
For clients with foreign bank accounts and assets with a total value of $10,000 or more during the year.
If you are an individual who pays more than $600 for the year, please fill out the 1099 Organizer provided below.
If you can prove to the IRS that your debt (money you owe) outweighs your assets (savings, investments, property, etc.), you may be considered insolvent. You can only exclude cancellation of debt income to the extent that you are considered insolvent. By applying this method, you will not be taxed on the cancelled debt. Please fill out the Insolvency Worksheet provided below.
If you sold a primary residence, investment property (residential or commercial), please fill out the Sale of Property Worksheet provided here.
If you gifted money or property with value in excess of $19,000 to any individual, please fill out the gift tax organizer.
